Very similar to the variety CAPO, Peppino is framed in group 7 of bakery. It is an early variety with constant production, hectoliter mass index greater and superior baking. Shows very good resistance to brown rust and mildew, and a good tolerance to yellow rust. With very high waist (120 cm), it is recommended growth regulator (active ingredient: 400 g/l chlormequat chloride) at the end of twinning or early elongation straw – between the first and second internode (dose 2-3 l / ha).
